Ingredients for 2 servings
Shrimp...8 pieces (100g)
Avocado...100g
Onion...20g
Mayonnaise...1 tablespoon (14g)
Aso basil dressing...2 tablespoons (30g)
How to make it
1) Remove the shrimp's vein and boil in salted water, then drain in a colander and leave to cool.
(If the shrimp are large, cut them into bite-sized pieces.)
② Dice the avocado and finely chop the onion, then soak them in water.
3. Put shrimp, avocado, drained onion, mayonnaise, and Aso basil dressing in a bowl and mix quickly.
④ Place in a serving dish and it's done!
