鮭の柚子舞うぽん酢バター焼き
材料 2人分
生鮭……160g
エリンギ……60g
ブロッコリー……60g
サラダ油……小さじ1(4g)
塩こしょう……少々
にんにく……3g(1片)
薄力粉……大さじ1(9g)
透明醤油でつくった柚子舞うぽん酢……大さじ2(30g)
みりん……大さじ1(18g)
バター……20g
How to make it
① Divide the broccoli into small florets and boil them.
② Thinly slice the king oyster mushrooms
3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
4. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the raw salmon on both sides. Add king oyster mushrooms, broccoli, and garlic. When the king oyster mushrooms have softened, add yuzu ponzu (a clear soy sauce with citron and mirin), butter, and simmer.
⑤Place in a bowl and it's done.
